This session will provide participants with an overview of the History of the Language Learning Project. Participants will go over the myths and truths of young Dual Language Learners (DLL) and the importance of supporting young DLLs. Together, we will discuss strategies to support Personalized Oral Language Learning (POLL).

This is an Overview/Introductory training for Teaching Staff, Administration/Leadership Staff, Family Child Care Providers, Prospective Providers or Students, Family, Friend, and Neighbor Care Providers, Home Visitors, Trainers, Coaches.

- Dual-Language Development: Participants will learn about the History of the Language Learning Project. Participants will go over the myths and truths of young Dual Language Learners DLL and the importance of supporting young DLLs.
