What does it take to grow a healthy child? Together, we will re-think what we give children to drink, explore how society has affected their eating habits, and learn some simple ways to get them moving each day. We’ll do some easy gardening take-a-longs that are sure to get children excited about where their food comes from. This is a hands-on workshop.
