Participants will develop a better understanding of how to:
• Help parents understand the importance of promoting a healthy lifestyle for their young children and family
• Combine nutrition teaching and positive parenting practices to make mealtime less stressful at home
• Engage parents over 6 weeks and integrate social learning experiences to promote learning
