In this interactive training, participants will develop an awareness of diverse leadership styles. Through reflective opportunities, expand your appreciation for the unique leadership skills within your team, and discover how to honor and support others in gaining leadership experience. Reflect on your leadership style and understand your role as a member of the team.

This is an online training/event. Please log in 5-10 minutes before the training begins to make sure you have access to the internet, video, and audio.
Attendance credit will not be awarded to participants who:

• Enter 10-minute after the session start time.
• Leave for more than 10 minutes during the session.
• Leave 10 minutes early before the session ends.

We care about your safety. Participants should be free from distractions that will take away from your learning and must refrain from driving during our trainings.

•This training does not supply attendees with a CERTIFICATE of Attendance if you have an ECE Workforce Registry Account. Attendees will receive credited hours through their registry account's Training Report. Attendance is updated 2-4 weeks after a training has concluded.

Child care providers in Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties with current ECE Workforce Registry accounts can continue to:
• Create an account and enroll in CCRC sponsored trainings and events
