This training will cover:
- Family and Community Engagement: Participants will learn: Effective communication strategies to build understanding and trust with families. Create a family communication engagement plan for your program How to manage challenging conversations, legal requirements and how to protect your business.

Attendance credit will not be awarded to participants who:
• Enter 10-minute after the session start time.
• Leave for more than 10 minutes during the session.
• Leave 10 minutes early before the session ends.
We care about your safety. Participants should be free from distractions that will take away from your learning and must refrain from driving during our trainings.
•This training does not supply attendees with a CERTIFICATE of Attendance if you have an ECE Workforce Registry Account. Attendees will receive credited hours through their registry account's Training Report.
