This is an Overview/Introductory This is a training for Teaching Staff, Administration/Leadership Staff, Family Child Care Providers, Prospective Providers or Students, Family, Friend, and Neighbor Care Providers.
Prior Knowledge of experience needed:
- None
This training will cover:
- Special Needs and Inclusion: Participants will be able to identify and apply at least two practical strategies to promote empathy, acceptance, and inclusion in early childhood classroom settings.
Early learning standards/foundations:
- Infant Care (Birth - 18 Months)
- Toddler Care (19 - 36 Months)
- Preschool (3 - 5 Years)
- Adults in ECE
Is this a Pathways Training? Yes
Certificates are issued upon completion of the training. Participants must attend the full session to receive credit; a 15-minute grace period is allowed. Registration closes the day before the training.
