This is an Overview/Introductory This is a training for Teaching Staff, Administration/Leadership Staff, Family Child Care Providers, Prospective Providers or Students, Family, Friend, and Neighbor Care Providers.
Prior Knowledge of experience needed:
- None
This training will cover:
- Professionalism: 1. Recognize and the important role adults play in the lives of children and families.2. State the link between adult stress and its potential impact on an adults ability to care for children. 3. Define the terms Resilience4. Explain what resilience means to you.

This is an online training/event. Please log in 5-10 minutes before the training begins to make sure you have access to the internet, video, and audio.
Attendance credit will not be awarded to participants who:
• Enter 10-minute after the session start time.
• Leave for more than 10 minutes during the session.
• Leave 10 minutes early before the session ends.
We care about your safety. Participants should be free from distractions that will take away from your learning and must refrain from driving during our trainings.
•This training does not supply attendees with a CERTIFICATE of Attendance if you have an ECE Workforce Registry Account. Attendees will receive credited hours through their registry account's Training Report.
01/2026: If you don't have an ECE Workforce Registry account due to limited access across CA. upon registering by phone or email, a note was made in the roster. Please inform your trainer or the ECE Training Facilitator if you need a certificate of attendance.
Attendance is updated 2-4 weeks after a training has concluded.
