Explore how process art can support children’s self-expression and community building. In this workshop, learn how open-ended art activities give children freedom of choice, engage the mind and body through sensory materials, and support early brain development. You’ll also discover how process art can calm the nervous system, help release emotions, and support trauma-informed classrooms while moving beyond cookie-cutter crafts toward authentic creative expression.
