During the first 60 minutes, participants will learn practical strategies, share experiences, and engage in collaborative discussion. The final 30 minutes will be dedicated to drop-in questions and support.

This is an Overview/Introductory This is a training for Teaching Staff, Family Child Care Providers, Prospective Providers or Students, Family, Friend, and Neighbor Care Providers.

This training will cover:
  • Health, Safety, and Nutrition: Recognize common triggers of infant crying and caregiver stress.Demonstrate safe and appropriate strategies for managing a crying baby.
Early learning standards/foundations:
  • Infant Care (Birth - 18 Months)
  • Toddler Care (19 - 36 Months)
  • Adults in ECE
  • Social-Emotional Development
