During Module 1, participants will explore ways to leverage unique skills and interests and create a program that is personally fulfilling on top of being attractive to families. Participants will learn to identify the needs of clients and target audiences they can best serve. When the module concludes, participants will leave the session with strategies for their core program offerings and how their program can stand out in the market.

Attendance credit will not be awarded to participants who:

• Enter 10-minute after the session start time.
• Leave for more than 10 minutes during the session.
• Leave 10 minutes early before the session ends.
