This session will provide an overview of the upcoming ECE Workforce Registry closure affecting most counties in California. Participants will learn how to retrieve and download documents from their personal registry accounts and receive important information about final retrieval deadlines. The session will include a visual walkthrough and a Q&A segment at the end. Please note: All counties in California, will lose access to the ECE Workforce Registry after June 15, 2026. These four counties will retain access after June 15, 2026 are Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Alameda, and San Francisco based on contractual agreements between the counties and the WFR.

This is an online training/event. Please log in 5-10 minutes before the training begins to make sure you have access to the internet, video, and audio.
Attendance credit will not be awarded to participants who:

• Enter 10-minute after the session start time.
• Leave for more than 10 minutes during the session.
• Leave 10 minutes early before the session ends.

We care about your safety. Participants should be free from distractions that will take away from your learning and must refrain from driving during our trainings.

•This training does not supply attendees with a CERTIFICATE of Attendance. Attendees will receive credited hours through their registry account's Training Report. Attendance is updated 2-4 weeks after a training has concluded.
