Good nutrition is essential for healthy brain development, especially during a child’s early years. As early childhood educators, you can help lay the foundation for lifelong healthy habits by encouraging nutritious food choices and modeling positive mealtime behaviors. Poor nutrition in early childhood is linked to serious health issues later in life, such as obesity, heart disease, and diabetes. Prevention starts early—so let’s work together to support healthy eating from the start!
