A child’s health encompasses physical, mental, and social well-being. As early childhood educators, you play a vital role in supporting healthy habits—such as encouraging nutritious eating, promoting physical activity, and creating safe, nurturing environments. It’s also important to understand the value of regular health checkups and early intervention. In this session, we’ll also explore childhood stress—what it looks like in young children and why it’s essential for educators to recognize and respond to it effectively.
