This is an In-depth training for Teaching Staff, Administration/Leadership Staff, Family Child Care Providers, Family, Friend, and Neighbor Care Providers, Special Educators/Early Interventionists.
Prior knowledge or experience needed:
- Completion of Specific Training:Completion of the "Inclusion Works!" CPIN or CECO module
This training will cover:
- Child Development and Learning
- Learning Environments and Curriculum
- Culture, Diversity, and Equity
- Relationships, Interactions, and Guidance
- Family and Community Engagement
- Dual-Language Development
- Observation, Screening, Assessment, and Documentation
- Special Needs and Inclusion
Early learning standards/foundations:
- Toddler Care (19 - 36 Months)
- Preschool (3 - 5 Years)

Participants must have previously attended an Inclusion Works! professional development session or completed the Inclusion Works! CECO module before joining this 3part Community of Practice.
Join us for a three-part virtual Community of Practice scheduled for March 4th, April 1st, and May 6th from 6:00 to 7:30. Discussions and small group activities will focus on participants' interests and needs, using the "Inclusion Works!" publication as a guiding document. We ask that participants commit to attending all three sessions.
