Strengthen leadership skills and capacity as well as knowledge and understanding of inquiry and project-based learning to support your program''''''''''''''''s implementation. This CoP will provide content and discussions about inquiry and leadership in early education programs. We will focus on essential leadership skills through a reflective, shared-learning process. Participants will work together to share ideas, strategies, challenges, and successes. Each session will build upon the previous but you do not need to attend all sessions for credit. Professional hours will be awarded based on attendance. The focus of this group will be for leaders and teacher-leaders to develop leadership skills, create documentation, and work. All ECE leadership staff (coaches, site supervisors, program directors, lead teachers, etc. ) are invited to attend.

This training will cover:
  • Administration and Supervision: Strengthen leadership skills and capacity as well as knowledge and understanding of inquiry and projectbased learning to support your programs implementation. This CoP will provide content and discussions about inquiry and leadership in early education programs. We will focus on essential leadership skills through a reflective, sharedlearning process. Participants will work together to share ideas, strategies, challenges, and successes.
