The Child Care Initiative Project (CCIP) is a program that delivers training and support to prospective and licensed family child care providers. Providers will learn about free workshops, assistance in understanding licensing requirements, a pre-licensing walkthrough of your home, technical support, mentoring, and networking with other child care providers. Discover how this program will provide support and guidance as you become a licensed child care provider and learn how to use the Early Care & Education Workforce Registry. This is an In-depth training for Prospective Providers or Students, Family, Friend, and Neighbor Care Providers.

This training will cover:
  • Professionalism: Participants will learn how CCIP can support them when opening a licensed FCC. Participants will learn about licensing requirements for opening a licensed Family Child Care Home.
