This training will help you gain skills and tools to successfully lead Communities of Practice in your Early Childhood context.

This two-part professional development workshop will help you gain skills and tools to successfully facilitate Professional Learning Communities in your Early Childhood context.

Participants will:
• Discuss the needs of adult learners
• Learn about the evolution of PLCs
• Share experiences as reflective educators
• Study facilitation strategies and approaches
• Discover the power of protocols
• Brainstorm how to frame discussions, dilemmas, and cases
• Practice protocols for facilitation
• Plan for the implementation of PLCs
Dates:
Part one: 9/27/23
Part two: 10/4/2023

Time: 4:30PM to 7:30PM.
Participants must attend both sessions to receive PD hours.
