This is an In-depth training for Teaching Staff, Family Child Care Providers, Family, Friend, and Neighbor Care Providers, Special Educators/Early Interventionists.
Prior knowledge or experience needed:
- Completion of Specific Training:Participant must have attended one CPIN session on any topic during 2022-2023.
This training will cover:
- Child Development and Learning: Discuss, practice, and plan various interactions, strategies, and environment opportunities for the preschool classroom based upon the content of the CPIN module(s).
Early learning standards/foundations:
- Preschool (3 - 5 Years)
- Transitional Kindergarten (4 - 5 Years)
Is this a Gateways training? No
The only requirement to attend is that you attended at least one CPIN session in 2022-2023.
CoPs are limited to 15 participants. You can attend one or all CoPs to deepen your work and enrollment is on a first-come first-serve basis. If you sign up and are unable to attend, please email Connie Jordan at cjordnan@cccoe.k12.ca.us in advance so someone else can take your place as we have a waitlist.
